Anemia




A situation where the measure hemoglobin or red blood cells in the blood is very low. Hemoglobin is a compound in red blood cells which carry oxygen to the oxygen in body cells.
Symptoms:
• Skin / mouth / tongue / nail / sheath in pale eyes.
• Easy tired, listless.
• Dizziness, easy fainting.
• Shortness of breath, especially after sports.
• Rapid heart rate.
Causes:
• Lack of iron and vitamin B12 in the diet.
• Loss of blood, such as nosebleed (spontaneously bleeding nose).
• Period weight, bleeding hemorrhoids, bleeding stomach.
• Pregnancy is required because more iron for the growth of fetus.
• Disturbance hemoglobin production because of factors such as the descendants of Talasemia, the deviation of blood (Talasemia in the light occurs only mild anemia that's rarely the people with complaints. Prevent:
• It is recommended to consume many foods that are rich in iron such as meat, liver, dried beans, dried fruits, green vegetables and wheat.
